Service Description

Matt's Mobile Mechanic provides on-site automotive repair and maintenance services. Our certified technicians travel to your location to perform repairs, eliminating the need for you to visit a traditional repair shop. Services include but are not limited to diagnostics, brake repair, oil changes, battery replacement, and general maintenance.

Service Area

We proudly serve the Phoenix metropolitan area, including Scottsdale, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Peoria, and surrounding communities. Service availability outside these areas may be limited and subject to additional travel fees.

Pricing & Payment

  • All service estimates are provided before work begins
  • Estimates are based on initial diagnosis and may be adjusted if additional issues are discovered
  • We will obtain your approval before performing any work beyond the original estimate
  • Payment is due upon completion of services
  • We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods
  • Pricing includes labor and parts unless otherwise specified

Warranties

We stand behind our work:

  • Labor is warranted for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first
  • Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty
  • Warranty claims must be reported promptly and may require inspection
  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or modifications

Limitation of Liability

Matt's Mobile Mechanic liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing conditions not related to our repairs
  • Damage caused by defective parts from third-party manufacturers
  • Consequential damages such as lost income or alternative transportation costs
  • Issues arising from customer-supplied parts

Cancellation Policy

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee
  • No-shows without prior notice may result in a fee and affect future scheduling priority
  • We understand emergencies happen and will work with you on a case-by-case basis

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about your vehicle and its issues
  • Ensure safe and adequate workspace for our technicians
  • Secure pets during service appointments
  • Be available or have an authorized representative present during service

Changes to Terms
